License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Buw on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service and Apple's Standard EULA.

Buw Pro

Buw is free to use. Buw Pro is an optional paid upgrade that unlocks the full transformation collection plus full stats and timeline. The available options, prices, and any free-trial offer are always shown in the App before you buy.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; any unused portion of a free-trial period, where offered, is forfeited on purchase. You can manage your purchase, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device.

Restoring purchases

Purchases are tied to your Apple ID. You can restore a previous purchase at any time from the paywall in the App. With Apple Family Sharing and Universal Purchase, eligible purchases may be shared per Apple's rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or attempt to circumvent the App's licensing, except where permitted by law.

No warranty

Buw is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privdev is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is a focus aid and makes no guarantees about productivity outcomes.

Privacy

Your use of Buw is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: Buw collects nothing and stores your data on your device and in your own iCloud.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
